Millicent Gay Tejada joined PARIS21 as Project Officer for Asia and the Pacific in charge of statistical strategy development in the region. Prior to this, she worked at the National Statistical Coordination Board, at the Government of the Philippines as head of the Statistical Programs, Policies and Advocacy Division where she has gained more than 10 years experience in national statistical policy agenda-setting and formulation, management and coordination of statistical programs and activities, budgeting, and advocacy. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan.
