For over a decade, the OECD World Forums on Statistics, Knowledge and Policy have been pushing forward the boundaries of well-being measurement and policy. By bringing together thousands of leaders, experts and practitioners from around the world, and from all sectors of society, the Fora have helped to shape the ongoing paradigm shift to emphasise people’s well-being as the ultimate focus for policies and collective action. It will take a forward-looking perspective, focussing on issues such as digitalisation, smart cities, gender equality and the role of government and business in improving well-being, among many other topics.
