The 6th Session of the Committee on Statistics of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) took place on 16-19 October 2018. For the first time, this session organised a “High level Segment” to facilitate a dialogue between producers and policy makers, at the request of countries. PARIS21 took part in a panel discussion on “Partner Support to Advance Official Statistics for Agenda 2030” alongside UN Women, SPC, ADB, Rosstat and chaired by UNFPA where it presented the regional analysis of the PRESS for Asia-Pacific.
