We are pleased to invite you to join our virtual event “Building back better through smart investments in development data” on Thursday, 15 July 2021, 13:30 – 15:00 CET.
This event, co-convened by the Partnership in Statistics for Development in the 21st Century (PARIS21), United Nations Statistics Division, Open Data Watch, High-Level Group on Partnerships, Coordination and Capacity Building (HLG-PCCB) and Switzerland, will look at the state of financing development data for the implementation of the Cape Town Global Action Plan for Sustainable Development Data, and the nexus with other Sustainable Development Goals, including gender equality and health.
Panellists will discuss the latest developments including a major innovation that will support the use of more effective resources for statistics: the Clearinghouse for Financing Development Data - a global platform being developed by the Bern Network on Financing Data for Development.
